Single mom in Pittsburgh <3

HI my name is Alexis and I have a 4 year old daughter. We took great loss this year when I was diagnosed with POTS, so this Christmas will be extremely difficult for us. I just want my baby girl to have a good christmas. Anything helps even if it's the littlest bit. We appreciate anything. This is what she asked Santa for this year <3
